Hiring Process

Our placement service is FREE to applicants. We are paid by the Cruise Lines.

It only takes 4 steps to get hired on a cruise ship:

1. Browse through our website and read job descriptions.
2. Complete our simple application form (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) or complete our online application form.
3. Have an interview with our PMC staff.
4. Wait to get a job offer (if qualified).

We are presently seeking experienced photographers for onboard positions with Princess Cruises and also for P & O Australia - you will need two years of experience or combined training/experience. Freelance work or studio work etc. These positions require you to be away for up to six months at a time, then you come home for a vacation and go back again. You will travel and work in some of the most luxurious surroundings helping passengers take memories home with them with your photography skills.
