Hiring Process

Our placement service is FREE to applicants. We are paid by the Cruise Lines.

It only takes 4 steps to get hired on a cruise ship:

1. Browse through our website and read job descriptions.
2. Complete our simple application form (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) or complete our online application form.
3. Have an interview with our PMC staff.
4. Wait to get a job offer (if qualified).

Vancouver Interviews February 2nd New!

We are presently recruiting for our Vancouver interviews - photographers, hotel front desk staff (pursers), cruise staff, videographers, boutique retail staff, sommeliers, Broadcast Television Managers.Personnel & Training Managers, Onboard Trainers. These assignments are for six months at a time. We also have openings for youth staff for seasonal positions over xmas from December 19/20 - January 3 - 10 depending on which ship you are placed on.

We have several openings for photographers onboard ships in the Caribbean, South Pacific, South America and the Mexican Riviera. If you have two years experience or a combination of training and experience, we would like to interview you. These assignments do require you to be away for up to six months at a time. We are also seeking videographers for onboard positions.
